3 Bears Pocket Crochet Scarf Pattern

Create this trio of fun bear pocket scarves for your favorite little person! This scarf features pockets underneath to tuck little hands in for warmth. It's easy and fun to make!

This pattern features instructions to make a Brown Bear, Polar Bear and Panda Bear. Each scarf is made with the same basic pattern with minor changes to create each bear.

This listing is for a PDF pattern download. The pattern includes instructions to crochet and assemble the scarf.

Size: 50" long x 5" wide. Fits youth 3-7 years of age. Instructions are included to reduce the size for younger children or increase the size for adults up to 60" long.

The pattern calls for the following materials:
For the Polar Bear:
5 oz Worsted Weight White Yarn (170 g)
Scrap of black worsted weight yarn for noses
Size J (6mm) crochet hook
Size I (5.5mm) crochet hook
4 - 7/8” (22 mm) black buttons
Hand-sewing needle and black thread

For the Brown Bear:
5 oz Worsted Weight Brown Yarn (170 g)
Scrap of dark brown worsted weight yarn for noses
Size J(6mm) crochet hook
Size I(5.5mm) crochet hook
4 - 7/8” (22 mm) black or dark brown buttons
Hand-sewing needle and thread to match buttons.

For the Panda Bear:
4 oz Worsted Weight Black Yarn (170 g)
2 oz Worsted Weigh White yarn (56 g)
Size J (6mm) crochet hook
Size I( 5.5mm) crochet hook
Size H(5mm) crochet hook
4 - 1/2” (13mm) black buttons
Hand-sewing needle and black thread
